Blown away by Customer Service!!! January 12, 2012 Reviewer: Deborah D. from Massapequa, NY United States   I placed an order that I needed a.s.a.p., so I opted for the more expensive air shipping. I received a call from Independence telling me that they ship out from a couple of towns away from me and that they could do regular shipping and I would get my package just as quickly. They adjusted my bill to reflect the lesser shipping charge. Wow! Wow! Wow! Honesty is something I value...would order again in a heartbeat! And product was nicely made!!! Thank you!
