All products manufactured and sold by Independence Bunting & Flag Corp. are made to very exacting standards. For any items that are defective, we will either exchange your item for new ones or refund your money, at your discretion. To be considered defective there must be damage in the workmanship of the product.
Independence Bunting and Flag will accept returns of unused items in same condition as received by customer for a period of 30 days.
If items returned are not in the same condition as received by customer and are not resellable, no refund will be made.

There is a 20% restocking fee only on bunting sold by the yard. All shipping charges incurred by Independence Bunting & Flag on all stock items returned for non-defective reasons will not be refunded. All non-defective returns are freight pre-paid. Custom orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
