All orders will usually be shipped
within 3 business days. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point NY.
This means that the title of the goods passes to the buyer at the shipping
point. All shipping fees, unless otherwise stated, and risks are the
responsibility of the buyer at the point of shipping.
We use either United Parcel Service(UPS) or United States Postal Service(USPS) for our
shippers. The following are the shipping times for UPS: Ground takes 2-5 days; Next Day is guaranteed the next business day by 10:30 AM; 2nd Day will
arrive 2 days after shipment; 3rd Day will arrive 3 days after
shipment. Saturdays & Sundays are not included in transportation
time. ( for example, a Next Day Air shipment made on Friday will
arrive on Monday)
Return Policy
All products manufactured and sold by Independence Bunting & Flag Corp. are made to very exacting standards. There is a 7 day return policy for defective items. We will either exchange your item for new ones or refund your money, at your discretion.
Any customer requesting a return must first contact us at 800-995-9129 to request a return authorization. Please call between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00 PM EDT. To be considered defective there must be damage in the workmanship of the product.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee on all stock items, plus original shipping charges, returned for non-defective reasons. All non-defective returns are freight pre-paid. Custom orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Tax
By
law we are required to collect state sales tax for any orders shipped within
New York State. The current sales tax is 8.875%. We do not collect sales tax
for orders shipped outside of New York State.
